In December 2019, the Enterprise Project, in coordination with Wexner Medical Center, Advancement, and other key data intensive units, purchased Collibra. The Collibra application helps to support Ohio State's understanding of data assets and rules via capabilities within data cataloging and data governance.
Collibra will act as a business glossary, data catalog and data dictionary, replacing earlier data cataloging tools Data Cookbook and Wexner Medical Center’s IBM InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog.

Sinead Yarberry, Instructor of Clinical Practice in The College of Nursing, started using ExamSoft last semester to replace bubble sheets and paper tests. Yarberry taught Nursing 6271, which had between 80-90 students. Over the course of the semester, five quizzes, one midterm and one final exam were administered through ExamSoft.
