Ohio State AWS Now Includes Enterprise Support
As of January 1, AWS Enterprise Support is now included with all Ohio State AWS (Amazon Web Service) accounts. In addition to the AWS team currently supporting Ohio State, AWS Enterprise Support expands the user support ecosystem for Ohio State AWS account holders by providing access to the following resources:
Account Tools
Expertise
- Technical Account Manager (TAM): a designated point of contact to all necessary AWS expertise
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Cloud Support Engineers, Solutions Architects, and product teams available for guidance
Programs
- Well Architected Reviews (also available as a tool within Ohio State AWS accounts)
- Operations Support (e.g. consultative reviews of cloud operations and advise for optimization)
