Change to Link for Outlook Distribution Group Management

Microsoft changed the process for management of Outlook distribution groups in August. At that time, a portal was set up to manage membership of distribution groups you own or to join a group. Since then, the portal location has changed. If you manage distribution groups, now you can use this portal to access a list of groups you are a member of and own.
