Classroom Help Line Combined with IT Service Desk Number

To streamline technology support across campus, we will retire our 4-HELP (614-247-4357) Classroom Support phone number this fall. Instead, you can call the number you already use to contact the IT Service Desk, 614-688-4357 (8-HELP), and choose option 4 to connect with Classroom Services.

To ease the transition, we will not immediately decommission the 4-HELP number. Any calls to that line will continue to connect callers with technicians who can help resolve problems in the classroom. Once we are confident that everyone has transitioned to calling the ITSD number for help with classroom issues, we will retire the number completely.

Call us for classroom help! We can help resolve any problem in your classroom environment – in addition to technology, we can help you with issues related to HVAC, furniture and wildlife. We’re here to help!
