Rob Griffiths Appointed Chief Digital Learning Officer

Rob Griffiths has accepted an expanded role of Chief Digital Learning Officer within our team. As part of this new role, Rob will now lead our Distance Education and Career Pathways group and our Learning Technology and Student Success group. Over the coming months, Rob will work with his leaders and team members to integrate these distinct groups into one unified team. 

Rob has been a member of the Ohio State family since he began graduate school here in 2002. He joined our organization as a teaching associate in the Digital Union in 2005 and as a full-time e-learning consultant in 2007, was a key leader in the creation of the Office of Distance Education and eLearning, has been a visionary leader for distance education at Ohio State, and won the Distinguished Staff Award in 2020.
