Workday Unavailable Due to Planned Quarterly Maintenance May 21

Workday will be unavailable due to planned quarterly maintenance on Saturday, May 21, from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

External dormakaba time clocks will be available, but employees using Workday to clock in and out should enter their hours once Workday is online. 

Please note that beginning May 24, your Workday homepage will have a new look designed to give you a more personalized Workday experience and improved search capability. The changes will be obvious and intuitive. To learn more about the ins and outs of your new Workday homepage, visit the Administrative Resource Center at go.osu.edu/workday-navigation (login required).

Health System Supply Chain users should note the important information listed below.

Downtime reminders for Health System Supply Chain users:

Supply Ordering

Order Friday, May 20 before 10 p.m. or after 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 21.

Package Deliveries

Packages will be received and delivered after 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 21. Contact distribution at 614-293-7759 for packages which require immediate delivery during downtime.

Storeroom Ordering

Continue to order via the Distribution Storeroom Catalog, as downtime will not affect this process.
