In December 2019, the Enterprise Project, in coordination with Wexner Medical Center, Advancement, and other key data intensive units, purchased Collibra. The Collibra application helps to support Ohio State's understanding of data assets and rules via capabilities within data cataloging and data governance.
Collibra will act as a business glossary, data catalog and data dictionary, replacing earlier data cataloging tools Data Cookbook and Wexner Medical Center’s IBM InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog.
Ohio State’s Tableau User Group (TUG) will hold its 4th Annual Iron Viz competition from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, 2/20 at 150 Thompson Library.
