  • Improved recruitment efforts for regional campuses through the Capture Implementation by adding a tracking code to the admissions application, enabling data-driven decisions. 
  • Transitioned degree audit systems to Stellic, ensuring compliance with transfer credit regulations and enhancing reporting for student-athletes
  • Enhanced navigation and accessibility for the BuckeyeLink student portal, which receives 7 million views annually. 
  • Leveraged Salesforce (Buckeye360) to improve student services, including streamlining student interactions and bulk case management. 
  • Introduced new features such as dining information, weather updates, and dynamic class search filters, to the Ohio State Mobile App, improving functionality for over 200,000 users. 
  • Enhanced the PeopleSoft Student system processes, including secure data transfers for student-athletes and automation of admissions-related workflows
  • Upgraded student supporting technology platforms like EDWARD for graduate admissions and improved chatbot accessibility for better engagement.
