Established an AI working group of IT professionals across the university to evaluate new technologies, learn of new initiatives, and share ideas for using AI to advance the academic missions and improve operational excellence.
Launched ai.osu.edu as a central hub for AI resources.
Partnered with universities to evaluate their AI roadmaps and explore open-source solutions like their AI chatbot.
Piloted an AI chatbot with additional features for research experimentation.
Integrated OSC’s LLAMA large language models into our chat systems for enhanced functionality.
Established a cost-effective AI proxy technology to leverage both OSC resources and high-availability cloud services.
Expanded AI capabilities within enterprise solutions.
Made Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Express available to support personalized and efficient work processes.
Launched process to make Microsoft 365 Copilot is available on demand.
