Subaward Office Hours

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is now offering open office hour sessions on select Thursdays now through the end of December from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. to answer questions and assist with subawards under sponsored projects. 

Laurie Rosenberg, Senior Sponsored Program Officer and Subaward Lead from OSP’s Office of Grants and Contracts and Phillip Baum, Grants Operation Center Lead from the Grants Shared Services Center at OSP will be available to answer questions about the overall subaward process, including invoicing; initiating new supplier contracts and amending existing supplier contracts in Workday; as well as identifying subaward resources and providing guidance in selecting the correct subrecipient in Workday.
 
Session are scheduled for Thursday, November 4, Nov 18, Dec 2, Dec 9 and Dec 16. Attendees are encouraged to register and submit questions using the above linked Qualtrics surveys or through the Office of Research Events Calendar for the dates they wish to attend. Once registered, attendees will receive the links to the Zoom session.  Questions submitted through the survey will be addressed first in the Zoom office hours and additional questions will be answered as time permits.
