Recently Awarded University-wide Contracts

New contracts have recently been awarded to suppliers for the product and service areas described in the following list.

Promotional Products and Apparel:

A new contract for non-licensed promotional products and apparel was recently awarded to seven suppliers by the Strategic Sourcing team. All the suppliers are available in Buckeye Buy and offer benefits that include: no freight charges or set-up fees, free samples and pre-production samples, availability of free graphic design services, no advance payment requirement, convenient payment terms, and maximum 10% allowable overruns. Check the contracted suppliers list for more details.     

Photography Services: 

Strategic Sourcing has completed a request for proposal for photography services. Proposals were evaluated by a diverse group of scorers from across the university and Medical Center, resulting in pool of 20 contracted photographers. The scope of these contracts include headshots, corporate, editorial, event, features, portrait, food, sports action photography, among other specialties. Portable Restrooms: 

Ohio State has new contracts with Rent-A-John and United Rentals for portable restrooms, washing stations, etc. Product catalogs are available in Buckeye Buy and supplier contact information can be found on the contract book pages.    

Lyft: 

Ohio State has renewed its general services agreement with Lyft, extending the Ride Smart program, as well as allowing for other services, such as departmental event or visitor transportation, to be added upon request.
