During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) response period, local hotels are extending offers to all Ohio State University and Wexner Medical Center employees. The university celebrates these accommodation providers for their continued commitment to the Ohio State community.

$89 | **Note: SpringHill has suspended operations until May 31, 2020 but has offered additional flexibility notes below**

SpringHill Suites – Columbus OSU 

• June 1 to August 15, 2020 - Discounted rate of $89 plus tax, per night, for both Ohio State and Ohio State Wexner Medical Center guests.
  • Individual reservations and group reservations may be cancelled with no penalty up to the day of arrival.
  • No attrition clauses will be required in the group contracts.
• August 16 to December 31, 2020 - Cancellation policy changes as follows:
  • Group reservations will include a 7 day prior to arrival cancellation policy.
  • Individual reservations will have a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy.
  • No attrition clauses will be required in group contracts.
